I am not a guru. I spent two decades running salons, cell phone stores, insurance agencies, bail bonds companies and home remodeling businesses before real estate became my real passion.

It started with "Rich Dad Poor Dad." I bought my first rental property, rented it for a few years and sold it for $74,000 in net profit. That moment changed everything.

My first flip lost $7,436. My second flip lost over $50,000. I worked with four contractors, dealt with foundation issues, engineers, permits, electrical and plumbing. In many ways that second flip was four years of college packed into one project.

Common Questions

No prior experience is required. Cedric teaches you everything from the ground up. That is the whole point of the training.
The live training runs 2 to 3 days, about 8 hours each day, followed by 6 months of ongoing support so you are never left on your own.
Training is done via Zoom or Google Meet, at your location, or at Cedric's office in Denver, Colorado. In-person sessions are available for an additional $2,500 which includes Cedric flying out to you with up to 2 people attending.
Earnings vary depending on the deal, the market and your execution. Experienced flippers commonly make $50,000 to $60,000 per deal but results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your effort and decisions.
Up to 4 people can attend the live training for the $4,900 fee. For in-person sessions at your location, up to 2 people are included in the $2,500 travel add-on.
Nobody else is willing to travel to you, teach you everything they know and then stay in your corner for 6 months until you close your first deal. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. You have to put in the work but Cedric will be right there with you.
There are options. Cedric will walk you through funding strategies including 401k loans, home equity lines of credit, private lenders and family partnerships. Part of the training is figuring out what works for your situation.
